The objective was to create a unique meal planning solution that effectively addresses user pain points while advancing their health and wellness objectives. Following thorough analysis of survey data and participant insights, I developed targeted user personas representing the demographics most likely to benefit from this application. Through comprehensive user research, persona development, and empathy mapping, I was able to sharpen the core problem statement. This research revealed that the primary audience consists of health-focused professionals and busy individuals who prioritize nutritious eating despite demanding schedules.

With target user needs clearly defined, I began designing an app that uniquely combines healthy meal planning with social event management and community sharing capabilities. The interface design focused on intuitively presenting this powerful feature combination to users. The MVP strategy highlighted our two key market differentiators: event-driven meal planning and built-in social networking functionality, creating clear competitive advantages in the meal planning space.
Understanding that Vibe360's rich feature set could overwhelm users, I prioritized information discoverability and comprehension through thoughtful content organization and labeling systems. My information architecture utilized a bottom-up methodology, aggregating detailed information pieces into coherent larger themes. The social features and event planning components received particular structural attention given their central importance to the app's value proposition. Our market positioning strategy aimed to transcend traditional meal planning by delivering a holistic platform that combines nutrition with social dining experiences.
